Payment information is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor; we do not intend to store complete payment-card numbers ourselves.

Providing contact information to request a free guide or consultation does not, by itself, mean you have agreed to receive marketing text messages. Our forms offer separate, optional, unchecked choices for non-marketing texts (such as requested-guide follow-up, consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, and coaching-related updates) and marketing texts (such as coaching programs, promotions, and service updates). You may submit the form without selecting either SMS checkbox. We send text messages in accordance with the choices you make and applicable law. Retention and security

2. Terms of Use

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its security or operation. Website content, branding, graphics, and original materials belong to Alpha Body and Nutrition (a DBA of Elite Telehealth Consulting LLC) or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission, except as allowed by law.

Coaching agreements and payments

Enrollment in coaching is governed by a separate signed six-month coaching agreement.Clients remain responsible for the initial six-month commitment even if they stop participating early, subject to the signed agreement, applicable law, and any valid refund rights.

After the initial six months, clients on the monthly recurring arrangement continue to be billed monthly until they cancel before their next billing date. Paid-in-full clients are contacted to discuss whether and how they wish to continue; the paid-in-full package does not automatically renew for another six months. Any cancellation or billing dispute is also subject to the signed agreement and applicable law.

Educational content and results

Website and coaching materials are provided for general fitness and nutrition education and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome. Individual results vary.

Third-party services

Our website may link to third-party sites or use third-party platforms. Their terms and privacy practices may differ from ours.

Liability and indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Elite Telehealth Consulting LLC (DBA Alpha Body & Nutrition) offers optional SMS messaging to people who separately choose to receive texts. Non-marketing messages may include updates about a requested Busy Week Rescue Guide, consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, and coaching-related updates. Marketing messages may include information about coaching programs, special offers, promotions, and service updates. Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent are collected through separate, unchecked checkboxes on our signup form.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Participating carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to marketing text messages is not required to purchase coaching services, and you can submit our guide request without agreeing to either SMS program.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for voluntary discontinuation, missed check-ins, nonparticipation, or dissatisfaction with results, except as stated in Section 10 of the signed Coaching Agreement (termination by the Company without Client fault) or as agreed by the Company in writing.

5. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

Client stories, testimonials, progress photos, and examples are illustrative, not promises or guarantees of weight loss, strength gains, body composition changes, financial outcomes, or other results. Outcomes depend on many individual factors, including health, adherence, training history, nutrition, recovery, and circumstances. Your results may differ substantially.

Our content and coaching are for general fitness, exercise, and nutrition education. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no physician-patient relationship is created.
